Villa 1931 in Mramor is a one-of-a-kind retreat, perfect for families and groups of up to 12. Surrounded by vineyards and sunflower fields in the heart of southern Bulgaria, it offers the perfect balance of peace and seclusion with easy access to wineries, ancient monasteries, historic Plovdiv, the seaside towns of Sozopol and Nessebar, and even the borders of Turkey and Greece.
What makes Villa 1931 truly special is its history. Originally built in 1931 as the village school, it later closed its doors and stood abandoned for many years. Recently, the building was lovingly restored and transformed into the spacious villa you see today. The restoration was carried out with the help of the local community, breathing new life into the property while preserving its heritage and character. Today, Villa 1931 blends historic charm with modern comfort — a home that celebrates both its past and its present.
Bedrooms & Capacity
The villa offers 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms, each with its own shower. Two of the rooms also include private dressing rooms for extra comfort.
In addition, a self-contained loft apartment features a bath, shower, kitchenette, dining table, and lounge — perfect for guests who’d like a little more privacy. In total, the villa sleeps 12 adults comfortably, with space for an extra child on a camp bed.

Guests also have access to a laundry room with two washing machines and a mobile drying rack. Bath and swimming towels, along with bed linen, are included in your rental, so you can travel light.
